Vertical Rio introduced panoramic doors-off Helitours in Brazil in 2017. We team up with the best to develop the highest safety standards, which include all operating procedures required for this specific operation and equipment.
After years of experience and a joint effort with our operator and the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), we are the first to have a specific operational procedure for doors-off flights approved by ANAC.
Specialized Air Service is a specific flight category regulated by ANAC, which requires a high expertise of the team involved. Vertical Rio works in partnership with HeliNews, a 100% approved operator for this type of flight, with decades of experience, added to the constant training of the entire team and crew.
All pilots, with thousands of hours of flight combined, receive periodic training and the helicopters follow strictly all the maintenance procedures recommended by the manufacturers and by ANAC.
