FLIGHTS AND NEW RESERVATIONS SUSPENDED: Following the Brazilian health authorities guidelines, we inform that all our operations have been suspended in order to avoid agglomerations and contacts in closed environments. In addition, our team will work remotely, all customer service will be done through our digital channels and we will not be making new reservations during this period. If you want to make a long-term reservation, we ask that you contact us again in the coming weeks.

I have a scheduled flight. What do I do?! If you already have a flight booked that may be affected, we will contact you in advance and proceed with the cancellation with full refund of the amount paid.
